  • EN: We accept original research, case studies, and theoretical essays related to contemporary human rights. Manuscripts must be unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • ES: Se aceptan investigaciones originales, estudios de caso y ensayos teóricos relacionados con los derechos humanos contemporáneos. Los manuscritos deben ser inéditos y no estar bajo consideración en otra publicación.

Language & Length / Idioma y Extensión

  • Languages: English or Spanish.
  • Length: 6,000 to 10,000 words (including references and footnotes).
  • Abstract: Must be provided in both languages (English and Spanish), maximum 250 words.

  • Conclusion / Conclusión: Final remarks and implications.
  • References / Referencias: Complete list of cited works.

 Citation Style / Estilo de Citación

  • EN: The journal follows the APA Style (7th ed.) for social science approaches or OSCOLA for strictly legal analysis. Please be consistent throughout the document.
  • ES: La revista sigue el estilo APA (7ª ed.) para enfoques de ciencias sociales o OSCOLA para análisis estrictamente jurídicos. Se ruega mantener la consistencia en todo el documento.

 

Submission Checklist / Lista de Cotejo

[ ] Anonymized Manuscript: Remove all author names and affiliations from the main file.

[ ] Title Page: Submit a separate file with author names, ORCID, affiliations, and contact email.

[ ] Similarity Index: Must be below 20%.
